Board of Directors and General Meeting
September 23, 2002

Meeting was called to order at 7:05p.m. at the pool.

Those in attendance were:Jackie Amato, Evelyn Cavanaugh, Dennis Fugate, Chris Gross,
Jim Murray, Michele Nethken, Joe Pagan, Mary Turney, Art Warshaw, Granville Wehland,

Committee Reports

Accounts Payable Treasurer- Art reported we presently have $43,90.00. in our account.
DRD is paid for the year. Should have approx. $20,000. going into next year.
Mortgage, utilities , insurance on going expenses.

Accounts Receivable Treasurer-Chi wasn't able to attend the meeting.
He phoned that he had an emergency meeting at work.

Pool Management-Janice reported that the new cover has been installed.
DRD helped to expedite the process as quickly as possible.
The Worthington Community is having a pool
put in there neighborhood.

Swim team representative-Dale was unavailable to attend the meeting.
He emailed the following report.

He will attend the CSML meeting in Nov.

Site committee-We still need to fix the fence. The county was concerned about
the cross bars in the corners.
Joe has looked in the cost of new barbwire. Has gotten an estimate of $300.00
for materials, installation $1200.00.
The cost of moving the fence back approx. 250 feet would be $1200.-1500.forlabor.
Repaving the parking lot was brought up. Art will look into repaving
with the Parrott co. neighbors and former members.
A new pole light could be installed at the opposite corner of
existing light (by party area) for better lighting at night.
Our sign by the entrance that was stolen hasn't turned up. Jim Murray
has a brother-in-law
who does wood working and will look into making an new sign.

Old Business-Each of the officers received a survey from DRD.
We all felt Janice & Chris surveys would speak
for the entire group since they had the most contact with DRD.

New Business- It was learned that some temp. August members were
sharing membership cards.
Jim has a brochure regarding photo id's. Will look into it further.

Next meeting October 28, 2002. Place to be announced.
