From the West
Take 70 east to Rt 29 south. Follow for a couple of miles staying to your left. Take the exit for Rt 100 (left exit). Take Rt 100 for approx 4 miles and get off on Meadowridge Road (103). You will enter into the first of two traffic circles. Follow the first circle 3/4 around and head towards the next circle. Follow this circle 1/2 way around and then continue on Meadowridge Road. Take the first right at the first traffic light onto Marshalee Drive. Take your next left (also at a light) onto Montgomery Road. Follow for 1/2 mile to right on Bellanca Drive. Go past the first left - The entrance to Watermont is 100 yards further on your left.

From the East
Take 95 south to the exit for Rt 195. Head towards the Airport and get off Rt 195 at the first exit which is marked Rt 1 Elkridge. Turn right on Rt 1 and go about 1 1/2 miles. Turn right at traffic light onto Montgomery Road. Follow approx 2 miles where you will have to turn right to stay on Montgomery Rd (new intersection). In approx 1/4 mile turn left on Bellanca Drive. Go past the first left - The entrance to Watermont is 100 yards further on your left.

From the North
Take 695 south to exit 12A (Southwestern Blvd). Follow for approx 4 miles. Turn right at traffic light onto Montgomery Road. Follow approx 2 miles where you will have to turn right to stay on Montgomery Rd (new intersection). In approx 1/4 mile turn left on Bellanca Drive. Go past the first left - The entrance to Watermont is 100 yards further on your left.

From the South
You have two choices:
1) Take 695 North to exit 10 (Washington Blvd). Turn left and follow for approx 4 miles. Turn right at traffic light onto Montgomery Road. Follow approx 2 miles where you will have to turn right to stay on Montgomery Rd (new intersection). In approx 1/4 mile turn left on Bellanca Drive. Go past the first left - The entrance to Watermont is 100 yards further on your left.
2) Take Rt 100 north to the Meadowridge Road exit (103). Bear right, you will come to a traffic circle. Go halfway around and continue right on Meadowridge Road. Take the first right at the first traffic light onto Marshalee Drive. Take your next left (also at a light) onto Montgomery Road. Follow for 1/2 mile to right on Bellanca Drive. Go past the first left - The entrance to Watermont is 100 yards further on your left.
